    this is so we don't put cats into homes where they may affect somebodies allergies (or visa-vera)
  • Whether you own or rent your place of residence
    this is so we get your landlords details,if applicable

    we sometimes need to contact landlords toensure that the people wanting to adopt fromButtons Cat Rescue, are able to keep pets intheir accommodation

  While you are on the Buttons Cat Rescue web site, we will track things such as:
  • The pages that you visit, & the links that you click, & the actions you take
    This lets us look at how you & othervisitors to the site use our services.As anew site, it's important that weanalyze where the site is meeting you needs& where it needs improving.

  We will keep a record of any contact you have with the team of volunteers at Buttons Car Rescue.

  Contact records deemed to form part of the welfare history of cats (either current or previous charges) will be kept for as long as the cat is alive, or until your account with us terminates; whichever is later.

  This will allow us to train our system to spot patterns in both our contact with users, & the welfare of cats under our charge.

Buttons Cat Rescue will keep your data until either the cat you have looked after (or are currently looking after) is no longer alive, or your account with us is terminated; whichever is later.

You also have the right to ask us to delete your information, & as long as it it does not break any laws or hinder any animal welfare investigations, it will be deleted.
